Covid-19 Update: July 2020 from Hell’s Gate Airtram

As you may already know, the Federal and Provincial Governments have implemented a series of actions and measures to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. As a result, Hell’s Gate had to delay the opening to the public. As a popular tourist destination that attracts hundreds of visitors on a daily basis, we have had to adopt the same measures of social distancing, additional sanitation, and personal protective equipment to protect our valued guests, employees and the rest of our community.

Non-medical masks are mandatory for all visitors (excluding children under the age of 3) for your safety and the safety of our staff. If you do not have a mask when you arrive, we will provide a free mask with each ticket admission. Temperature checks will be mandatory for all visitors and staff upon entry.

Our facilities are currently practicing safe social distancing measures, so we ask that you please follow these measures during your visit to our facilities. We have placed sanitizer stations throughout the facilities for your convenience and the convenience of staff.

Additionally, we have stopped the production of on-site fudge and are offering a limited selection of ice cream as well as menu items in the restaurant as a result of Covid-19. We hope to resume production as soon as possible.

With all of these measures in place and additional training for our staff, we are looking forward to serving our valued guests for the remainder of the season!
