Kenza is a dedicated professional with a solid background in sales management, customer relations, and event coordination. With experience as a Sales Manager and Advisor in Morocco and her current role as Events Coordinator, she brings expertise in client acquisition, key account management, and effective communication. She is passionate about driving customer satisfaction and retention, skilled in payment management, invoice processing, and social media promotion, and is committed to enhancing customer experience through strategic engagement and event-driven promotion.

Visitor Centre Manager
Margaret graduated from the Hospitality Administration program at VCC. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Visitor Centre. Over 30 years of experience in managing in the healthcare system for Vancouver Coastal and PHSA. Most recently as a Quality Assurance Coordinator in Powell River. She also managed Yale Historic Site for 5 years. She has experience on the AdvantageHope Board and the Tourism Advisory Council. Margaret enjoys interacting with the public and serving the community.

Throughout my extensive career journey, I have consistently showcased proficiency in marketing, digital marketing, sales force effectiveness, project management, and strategic planning. My professional trajectory includes pivotal roles at companies such as Vendasta, FFUN Motor Group, Tecnofarma, and leading pharmaceutical corporations like Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Bayer, Boehringer-Ingelheim, and Sanofi-Aventis, as well as renowned technology firms like Xerox and Microsoft. Guided by a commitment to excellence and innovation, I have actively contributed to the growth and success of each organization I’ve been associated with.
